We reserve the right to cancel any order, the sale is not final until your item has been dispatched.

Free shipping on all UK orders, with no minimum spend.

Any orders placed after 1pm may only be dispatched the following working day, and in busy times it may take longer than that.

For any international orders including the EU, the pricing we charge at checkout is only a guideline, if we are not able to cover the shipping fees with the amount you have paid, you will have two options, either you pay the extra cost or we can cancel the order for a full refund.

You should also be aware of any restrictions, import duty and VAT of your country, these fees are to be covered by you the buyer upon the products entering your country. We cannot take responsibility for any issue arising at the customs of your country.

If any item gets returned to us by our shipping company for any reason, from the UK or from abroad, we will only be able to resend the items if a new shipping fee is paid (even if you had free shipping).

Refunds on items returned by the shipping companies will have our costs of shipping deducted, even if you received free shipping.

If you are unhappy or there is a defect with an item, please contact us first to see if we can assist you. Sales are final once sent out, so if you change your mind, you may return your order at your cost, and we will refund you, minus our shipping cost, even if you did not pay shipping.
